Players must play on the time and day allocated by the Competition Secretary, or find a substitute unless :-
1.1 They are involved in a National Competition
1.2 They are representing the Club or County
In which case the Competition Secretary will allocate another date.

Players will be given at least 7 days notice of their match days. Team Captains are responsible for checking the notice boards and letter racks
|

Players must be prepared to play any evening, sometimes late, and at any time over the weekend.
|

|
|
|

Players will wear regulation dress. Club shirts will be allowed providing that all players in the team wear the same.
|
|
|
|
|

|
Players may arrange to play earlier than the fixed date if agreed between all the players, and the Competition Secretary notified.
|

|
|
|

|
In Singles, the first named player is responsible for arranging a marker.
|
|
|
|
|
7.
|
All players names must appear on the scorecards, and both cards must be signed and returned to the desk.
|
|
|
|
|
8.
|
Players involved in National Competitions or have holidays booked should notify the Competition Secretary of the dates, to avoid having to re-arrange matches.
|
|
|
|
|
9.
|
If you have a holiday booked and fail to advise the Competition Secretary, it will be your responsibility to re-arrange the game within 10 days of allocated date.
