Players must play on the time and day allocated by the Competition Secretary, or find a substitute unless :-
1.1 They are involved in a National Competition
1.2 They are representing the Club or County or
1.3 They are involved in their own Club Presentation event.

Players will be given 5 days notice of their match days, unless due to changed circumstances, a mutually agreed date is arranged.

|

Players must be prepared to play any evening, sometimes late, and at any time over the weekend.
|
|
|
|
|

Players will wear regulation dress. Club shirts will be allowed providing that all players in the team wear the same.
|
|
|
|
|

|
Players may arrange to play earlier than the fixed date if formally agreed between the players, and the Competition Secretary notified
|
|
|
|
|
6.
|
In Singles, the first named player is responsible for arranging a marker.
|
|
|
|
|
7.
|
All players names must appear on the scorecards, and both cards must be signed and returned to the desk.
|
|
|
|
|
8.
|
Team Captains are responsible for checking the notice boards and letter racks.
|
|
|
|
|
9.
|
Players involved in National Competitions should notify the Competition Secretary of the dates, to avoid double booking.
